Welcome. These terms govern your use of nospott.com, operated by No Spot Tech Window Cleaning, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company based in Blanco, Texas. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Estimate Requests Are Not Bookings

Submitting the form on this website is a request for an estimate. It is not a booking, a contract, or a confirmed appointment.

We will contact you to discuss the work and provide a price. Service is scheduled only after we have spoken with you and both agreed on the work, the price, and the date. Nothing on this website obligates either of us until that happens.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. An estimate is based on the information you give us and, where applicable, what we observe at the property.

If conditions at the property differ substantially from what was described — significantly more windows, difficult access, unusual buildup, or other factors we could not have known — we will discuss any price change with you before starting or continuing work. We will not surprise you with a different number at the end of a job.

Service Area

We serve Fredericksburg, Blanco, Johnson City, Stonewall, and surrounding areas in the Texas Hill Country. Availability outside that area is case by case. If we cannot serve your location, we will tell you.

Scheduling and Weather

Window cleaning depends on weather. We may need to reschedule for rain, high winds, freezing conditions, or other circumstances that would affect the quality or safety of the work. We will not charge you for a rescheduling caused by weather.

Access to the Property

For exterior work, we need access to the exterior of the building, including gates and side yards. For interior work, someone must let us in or arrange access. Please secure pets before we arrive.

Let us know in advance about anything we should be careful of — alarm systems, delicate landscaping, damaged screens or seals, or areas you would rather we not enter.

Pre-Existing Conditions

Some glass has damage that cleaning cannot fix and that may only become visible once the glass is clean. This includes scratches, permanent mineral etching, failed window seals causing fogging between panes, and damaged or brittle screens.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage. Where we notice it, we will point it out to you.
